Our universal platform

Our concept makes it possible to connect sensors from the SAMsoric ecosystem as well as those from third-party systems. The system can be expanded easily and at any time. Our system is divided into two main areas: sensors and technology. The sensors collect data, while the technology layer analyzes the data, establishes data connections and enables visualization and cloud storage. Support and over-the-air updates are available via our online platform. The flexible combinability of the components opens up many new application possibilities.

HSD Heat Source Detection

HSD Heat Source Detection machine protection continuously monitors the surface temperature of material in the production process using HSD sensors to detect potential sources of danger.

The SAMi sensor uses optical methods to analyze the surface of the conveyor belt and identify specific materials and image recognition.

VOL power 
3D detection

The VOLpower sensor can be used to determine both the throughputs in the systems and the storage volumes. If several sensors are installed above the conveyor belts, the throughput data can be combined.

The APP is used for decentralized notification of predefined events and alarm messages on mobile devices. Simple additional information in the form of text and images can be reported back via a feedback channel.

In VISedge, we combine innovative visualization of process data in a central component for on-premise data acquisition. At the same time, VISedge also serves as an edge device for the CLDreport platform.
